Please upload two different images. 7 Vendor Agreement By digitally signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated below. I understand that neither the venue nor Vincent’s Promotions LLC (the organizer) is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to vendors. I agree to attend the event during the scheduled show hours and understand that early teardown is not permitted. Vendors who leave early will not be allowed to participate in future Vincent’s Promotions LLC events. Vendors are responsible for fully cleaning their assigned space before departing. Booth sharing with other vendors is not permitted. Once the application and payment are received, no refunds will be issued. If the show is canceled for any reason, the vendor’s payment will be transferred to the following year’s event. All tables must be covered to the floor, and all tables within a booth must have matching table coverings. Vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas only Vendors are strongly encouraged to maintain a professional and attractive booth; failure to do so will disqualify you from future events hosted by Vincent's Promotions LLC.
